General Education Development (GED) tests are a battery of tests which certify high school level academic skills. The tests cover writing skills, social studies, science, interpreting literature and arts, and mathematics. All fifty states utilize the GED Testing Service of the American Council on Education for national standardization which demonstrates a level of learning comparable to that of high school graduates. Southeast Job Link provides preparation and instruction, along with pre- and post- testing for GED. Since 2001, SEJL has had over 400 individuals graduate and successfully receive their GED diploma. |
